LOST PACKAGES
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE
We are so sorry to hear about that!
But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you recieved is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, email address,and and details of the product and also pictures. We will get back to you with the instructions on the process. All SALE pieces are final sale and are not elegible to return.

The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. Colors may appear to you slightly different than they are. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of any item, please feel free to contact me.
All of our items are inspected before shipping. If the item doesen't fit (ring or necklaces), we have a ''7 day after arrival'' exchange policy to have it re sized. Please contact me before returning an item.
It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several typed of goods are exempt from being returned.
Replacements for broken pieces are only accepted 7 days after delivery dates, restrictions may apply.

Once your return has been created we create a pre paid return label and send it via email so you may drop it at any USPS location or mail person.
We inspect the item and wait for approval.
